Don't give your personal information in an e-mail message if asked by a stranger. It could be a trick for a stranger to use your information to harm you.
Do not open attachments or click links in e-mail or instant messages, even if you know the sender.
If you receive an email asking for donation, do not reply or send money.
Don't forward chain e-mail messages. Spammers use this trick to get emails addresses and they may also send virus through the email.
